Paid campaigns that turn attention into sales.
SoftG Co. Ltd · Team orientation
Who we are, where we are going, and how we work together. This is our first orientation and our living guide: we update it as we grow.
The question we start with
If in three years we want to say SoftG is a known, competitive creative and marketing agency across the region, what must we start building today?
Keep this question in mind. Every slide that follows is part of the answer.
The ten topics · the team asked for these
Before the topics
SoftG was founded in 2024. We supervise and manage other companies: we build how they look, how they are seen, and how they run.
Our headquarters is in Cyprus, with entities in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Canada. The Jordan team is the creative and marketing heart of the company. The Odoo side runs our clients' operations: products, sales, stock and invoices.
Brand identity and every visual a client puts in front of people.
Complete management: plan, create, publish, reply, report.
Paid campaigns that turn attention into sales.
Websites and Odoo, so what we sell can be delivered.
Topic 01 · Vision
What kind of company: one that grows only when its clients grow. We earn from their results, not only from our hours.
Topic 02 · Identity and place in the market
Our core is graphic design and complete social media management. A client gives us their brand, and we handle the rest: the look, the content, the pages, the replies, the ads and the report.
How we want people to see us: the team that makes a brand look professional every day and can show what that did for sales.
Topic 03 · Ideal client
Shops, e-commerce, food and hospitality, clinics and services: businesses that need to be seen every day and can measure sales.
They want steady monthly work, not a one-off logo. They give us access, answers and approvals on time.
They want to grow and accept being measured. The best clients are the ones who let us share their results as a case study.
CYEGEU: Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, managed end to end. Our job there is simple to state: more people buying on their website. This account is our first case study.
Who is not our client: anyone who only wants the cheapest price, or wants posts without a plan.
Topic 04 · Services
Logo, brand kit, templates, ad creatives, print.
Content calendar, captions, publishing, comments and messages, monthly report.
Shooting, editing, promo videos.
Meta and TikTok campaigns, budgets, tracking.
Sites and online stores that convert.
Products, sales and operations behind the brand.
Topic 05 · Creative standard
Don't yell at people. Make something worth making a remark about.Seth Godin
Remarkable means someone benefits from talking about it. Our designs, campaigns and videos should give the audience something to share, not just something to scroll past.
"Merely ship it": when it meets the spec, it goes out. Chasing perfect only keeps work from shipping. If the spec is weak, we improve the spec.
Topic 06 · Thinking before execution
A strategy is written down before design starts. Measurement feeds the next month's strategy, so the loop never ends.
Topic 07 · How work moves through the company
Every task and every hour goes into Odoo, with the result written on the task. If it is not in Odoo, it did not happen.
Disagree before the decision, commit after it.
The team · who does what

Social Media Manager

Topic 08 · Team culture
"What it means to be a professional is to make a promise and keep it." A deadline we accept is a deadline we meet, or we say so early.
Specific, against the brief and the spec, never about the person. Receive it with "thank you", then decide.
"The design is strong and the message is unclear" opens a solution. "But" closes it. Argue before the decision, commit after.
A trend, a tool, a mistake: post it for the team. Knowledge that stays in one head is lost the day that person is busy.
We win as a team and report as a team. The client sees SoftG, not one name.
Show up as the best version of your role every day, including the hard days. That consistency is what clients pay for.
Find a small group who tell each other the truth and hold each other accountable. It works every single time.Seth Godin · this team is that group
Topic 09 · Growth
Jordan and Cyprus, where our teams and pages are active. Win clients here and prove the offer works.
Saudi Arabia and Syria, through the same packaged offer, once it runs without us reinventing it each time.
Canada and Europe, carried by case studies and a method others can follow.
Monthly, long-term brand management for growing companies, where we handle design, pages and ads together and are paid partly on the results.
How we set goals · Jim Rohn's method
List your goals and mark each 1, 3, 5 or 10 years.
Choose the four most important one-year goals. Major time on major things.
Write why each matters. Purpose pulls harder than the object.
The person you become on the way is the real prize.
Beware of what you become in pursuit of what you want.Jim Rohn · never trade a principle for a target
Your personal list is yours alone. It is not shared, not in Odoo and not reviewed by the company. The company's goals are the ones on the Vision slide.
Topic 10 · October to December 2026
By 31 December we check each item: done, or not done and why. No partial credit.
